The bookmarks in this collection are some of my absolute favorites. Some of them are souvenirs from my travels, and the others are bookmarks that my family bought for me when they went on travels of their own! They are all unique and special and I love them all.

My Toronto Zoo bookmark

Pictured:

• Toronto Zoo Panda poo bookmark- my cousin Kelly and I both love Pandas so when she went to see them at the Toronto zoo in 2013 she brought me back this panda bookmark! It is made with Panda poop, I am not even joking. I love this bookmark SO MUCH even though no matter how safe the back insists it is I plan on keeping in its nice plastic case!

The bookmarks in this small collection are some of my most prized possessions. They are all signed by the authors.

Bookmarks Left Behind Collection

The bookmarks left behind. This photo doesn't do this collection justice. There are at least 100 diverse bookmarks, but most of them are covered.

The bookmarks in this ever expanding collection are extremely diverse and always random. The bookmarks in this collection have all been left behind by their original owners in the library books they returned. I found some of them, but most of them were found by my pages who gave them to me because I brainwashed them into it (as I trained each of the new pages I would tell them of our Wall of Stuff. Anything cool that was left behind by patrons gets put on the wall EXCEPT bookmarks which come directly to me for my collection. All of my pages are rather eager for me to have the World Record)!

• Glinda bookmark- This was the first bookmark that I was ever given at the Library back when I myself was still a page!
• The Great Gatsby movie bookmark
• The Kiss (VJ-Day 1945 NYC) bookmark- This is my favorite bookmark of this collection, it was given to me by one of our pages, Tess who knew I loved this photo as well as bookmarks!
• Daisy bookmark- I love this one because daisies are my favorite flower, also because it has glitter!

Collection: Bookmarks- Small Individual Collections

As you probably know I am trying to beat the World Record for Largest Collection of Bookmarks. The current record holder is Frank Divendal from the Netherlands. He has 103,009 different bookmarks from all over the world, as of February 8th, 2010. As of this post (January 2014) I have 493 bookmarks in my collection! I have am no where close but I like to have goals!

90% of these were given to me by my Cousin Kelly!!

These include bookmarks of movies and shows that are adapted from books, or bookmarks with movie/show characters!

I LOVE BOOKMARKS!

Hey readers,

Have I ever told you guys that I'm trying to break the World Record for the Largest Bookmark collection?!

So far I have 240 bookmarks in my collection.

As of January of 2007 the current WRH has about 80,000...so I have a ways to go.
